We welcome audits from customers. Many companies, particularly those in the aerospace or medical sectors arrange their own Quality audits at Almec, in addition to our annual audits by NQA. This can be arranged by contacting our Quality Manager.

Full Traceability
Production operators and inspection staff record their involvement for the different stages of production on a Quality Control Route Card. The key reference on the Route Card is the unique Works Order Number which is allocated when a Purchase Order is first received and accepted. Components are purchased against this number. Almec therefore has full traceability of the product, from the supplier of the components, to who assembled and wired the product, which inspectors were responsible for ensuring that quality standards were met and even who packed the product ready for dispatch.
